Job summary

Black & White Engineering is seeking a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to shape the design and delivery of advanced electrical infrastructure and critical facilities projects in the UK. You will own significant electrical design packages, lead technical solutions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performance, reliable systems.

The role offers responsibility for complex electrical building services, mentorship of junior engineers and opportunities to influence

Qualifications

Strong experience delivering electrical building services engineering designs and packages.
Proven understanding of power distribution, standby power systems and lighting.
Experience leading design packages and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Deliver electrical engineering designs for complex projects including LV systems and building services.
Lead development of technical solutions and perform engineering calculations.
Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders for delivery.
Review outputs and provide technical guidance to maintain quality.
Support client interactions and contribute to technical discussions.
Mentor less experienced engineers and share knowledge across teams.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.
Support project planning, resource forecasting and design programme delivery.
