Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or Physics or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Define new products with Product Management, Sales and Applications teams.
Design and develop silicon or SiC power semiconductor devices.
Apply semiconductor physics, DOE, wafer fabrication and electrical testing to prototype development.
Use Silvaco or similar CAD tools for simulation, design and layout.
Provide technical training and cross-functional engineering support.
Lead complex work including device modelling and technology qualification.
Develop documentation such as datasheets aligned to quality standards.
