About the job you are considering

As a Power Platform consultant, you will bring extensive knowledge across the Power Platform to our projects and clients. You will utilize a range of technical and functional skills to build applications, advise on solutions, lead discussions, and drive adoption of the Power Platform.

Working in teams for large projects or independently for short-term engagements, you will ensure solutions meet client needs, goals, and objectives. We deliver innovative solutions using the full suite of Power Platform applications and beyond, including the wider Microsoft stack such as Azure and Dynamics 365. A strong focus on DevOps practices is essential for delivering enterprise-grade solutions.

Hybrid working: Your work location will vary between company offices, client sites, and your home, depending on role and needs. Note that 100% remote work is not available.

Successful candidates will undergo pre-employment checks, including identity, nationality or immigration status, employment history for the past 3 years, and a criminal record check (Disclosure and Barring Service).

Your Role

• Identify user needs and establish strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead design, development, and implementation of Power Platform solutions within a delivery team.
• Produce high-quality applications, including model-driven and canvas apps, as well as enterprise Power Automate solutions.
• Advise on governance principles and best practices for Power Platform development.
• Build solutions using declarative tools in an agile environment, following software engineering best practices.

Your Skills and Experience

• Passion for and knowledge of the Power Platform, including its capabilities and limitations.
• Hands-on experience with Dataverse and Dataverse for Teams.
• Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines, preferably with Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of industry standards and best practices in Power Platform solutions.
• Focus on delivering positive outcomes for clients of all sizes.
• Experience working in Agile teams within a commercial setting.

Your Security Clearance

Applicants must obtain Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires residence in the UK for the past 5 years and other criteria. Some roles may require UK nationality.
