Job summary

slihrms is seeking a Senior Power Platform Consultant to design, develop and deliver enterprise Power Platform solutions for clients. You will blend deep technical expertise with a consulting mindset, shaping options, guiding delivery teams and driving value through reusable patterns and governance-aware approaches.

You will own or lead workstreams across discovery, design, build, test and deployment, mentoring junior team members and contributing to capability development within the Data

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions end-to-end.
• Experience in regulated or governance-led environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and solution design skills.
• UK clearance or eligibility to obtain it where required.
• Experience with ALM, governance, security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate.
• Understand business needs, facilitate requirements discussions and translate into digital solutions.
• Provide advisory input on solution options, trade-offs, licensing, governance and value.
• Configure Dataverse data models, security roles, forms, views and integrations.
• Develop canvas and model-driven apps and cloud flows with maintainable patterns.
• Design and support integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Power BI.
• Own or lead Power Platform workstreams from discovery to adoption and improvement.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues across apps, flows, Dataverse, and deployments.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, cybersecurity and client assurance requirements.
• Promote ALM, deployment planning, documentation and release governance.
