This programme supports our ambition to make home ownership accessible for generations to come by replacing our Core system with new, flexible, and resilient applications, laying the foundation for future strategic transformation.

How you'll make a difference

You will be part of a new squad to help deliver our new Assisted Channels solution, used by our Contact Centre, Branches, and Back Office functions to support members with mortgages and savings products. This will be delivered through a modern cloud-based ecosystem including a Power Platform and Dynamics 365 front end, with .NET and Cloud AIS integrations with our new Mambu SaaS Core banking platform.

Working across the tech stack, you will develop complex front-end solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. You will be involved in systems design and specification, produce technical specs, and test and document program code. We are seeking someone with experience using Power Platform in a complex enterprise environment, rather than app development from scratch.

What you'll bring to the role:

1. Extensive experience in:

• Dynamics 365
• Power Platform (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, custom code extensions)

Beneficial experience in:

• C#.Net
• .NET framework
• .NET Core
• APIs
• Azure Integration Services
• Azure DevOps or similar pipeline tooling
• SQL Server

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification (PL-200 or MB-220) is essential.

Power Platform Solution Architect (PL-600), Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service (MB-230) certifications are highly desirable but not essential.
