It is an exciting time to join this organisation, with the opportunity to help shape its services for years to come. The role is Hybrid working, with an office presence in Leeds City Centre required twice a week.

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Power Platform & Dynamics 365 Developer to lead and manage a centralised Microsoft Dynamics, Power Apps, and automation services. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining low-code and automation solutions across the organisation, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of automated workflows using Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform.

  • Act as SME and escalation point for technical queries across business and change teams.

  • Maintain a centralised catalogue of automation assets and technical documentation.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with strategic and architectural goals.

  • Promote low-code adoption through knowledge sharing and best practices.

  • Contribute to technical governance, design assurance, and technology roadmaps.

  • Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Expert in Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform development, including accreditation.

  • Strong problem-solving and business analysis skills.

  • Experience with process modelling tools (e.g., EA Sparx, BizzDesign).

  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and guide development teams.

  • Understanding of change management and financial services processes.

  • Desirable knowledge of Workday Configuration.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
