Job summary

Together is seeking a Senior Business Platform Engineer to design, build and support Power Platform, AI solutions and automation across the organisation from our Cheadle offices. You will work with stakeholders to transform complex processes into secure, scalable digital solutions, promote governance and ensure reliable live services while mentoring colleagues and driving engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Design, build and support Power Platform and AI solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Deliver secure, scalable digital solutions in collaboration with stakeholders to improve processes.
• Develop AI-powered applications, workflows and copilots to enhance experiences.
• Deliver solutions in line with governance, security and support requirements.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, APIs and business systems.
• Maintain secure, reliable solutions following ITIL and change management.
• Oversee vendor relationships and SaaS platforms for service delivery.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support design, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to engineering standards and best practices through estimation, reviews, and testing.
• Mentor colleagues and build team capability.
• Support service continuity with ongoing improvements.

Responsibilities

• Overssee vendor relationships and SaaS platforms to ensure service delivery.
• Provide technical expertise to support solution design, delivery and improvements.
• Contribute to engineering standards, testing and peer reviews.
• Mentor colleagues to build team capability and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in out-of-hours support as required.
