We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Power and Renewables team at Marsh. Marsh's Energy & Power team is one of the largest and most dynamic in the London market, boasting over 300 professionals. We focus on talent, client service, data-driven innovation and product development, and offer opportunities to work with leading clients on groundbreaking projects shaping the future of energy, power and renewables. This role places you at the forefront of the power and renewables industry, working on high-profile accounts in our London team. Responsibilities
  • Understand the power and renewables risk landscape, including financing models, complex contracting environments, regulatory regimes, climate risks, and supply chain exposures.
  • Understand clients’ strategic business priorities, risk strategies and risk management needs, and provide advisory support as their risk advisor of the future.
  • Drive growth initiatives by suggesting and building innovative solutions for new clients and new projects.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver renewal and placement strategies.
  • Leverage deep market relationships to provide informed advice to clients, including conducting market negotiations.
