Role:

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive modelling programme focused on livestock viruses

  • Providing statistics and advice Working independently on projects
  • Potential to be line managing and leading a small team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with mathematical modelling techniques
  • PhD or relevant in biological sciences or with a substantial mathematical modelling component
  • Three peer reviewing publications is essential
  • Experience collaborating with laboratory and field scientists
  • Experience of writing and managing small-scale grants
