Job summary

AllianceBernstein in London seeks a senior portfolio manager to lead the research and implementation of UK retirement solutions, while contributing to oversight of the US and Japan retirement business. You will build alignment with clients, drive investment strategies, and supervise performance with AB tools in a collaborative, multi-asset framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Relevant professional qualification: CFA, Fellow Institute and Faculty of Actuators etc.
• Around 10 years of experience in UK retirement markets, working directly with clients.
• Experience of building investment solutions that combine capital markets outlooks with client understanding to produce multi-asset solutions.
• Proven analytical skills with knowledge of statistics; SQL/ Matlab and/or Python preferred.
• Relentless intellectual curiosity and strong client communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Alignment of the objectives of the solutions with client needs via AB tools.
• Compliance of investments with client and product guidelines.
• Integrating performance-enhancing research into solutions.
• Overseeing implementation of research and management of underlying strategies.
• Undertaking innovative product development for new or evolving solutions.
