Job summary

AllianceBernstein, based in London, is seeking a mid- to senior-level software developer to join the Operations Technology team. The role focuses on maintaining two in-house portfolio systems written in C++ that handle hundreds of thousands of accounts and billions in assets, interfacing with Oracle and SQL Server databases.

You will develop, review and test code, prepare deployments, provide Level 2/3 production support, and lead offshore junior developers while collaborating closely with teams

Qualifications

• Mid to high level developer experience developing in C++ in a UNIX/Linux environment.
• Experience with Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code.
• Experience of databases and writing SQL (Oracle or SQL Server or both).
• Experience of supporting internal clients.
