Job summary

Lithium3 are working with a fantastic large and growing business seeking a Portfolio Insights Analyst. This role helps prioritise projects by effectively managing MI and delivering data-driven insights to support portfolio decisions.

You'll join a small but growing team; strong stakeholder engagement and portfolio management experience are valued. The position is Manchester-based with some travel to Sheffield (expensed).

Qualifications

• Produce quality assured enterprise portfolio management information (MI).
• Identify risks, issues and opportunities at project/portfolio level for executive reports.
• Analyse financial data to determine actual and forecast performance against budget.

Responsibilities

• Produce enterprise MI reflecting portfolio state.
• Analyze risks, issues, and opportunities at portfolio level.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse financial data for project performance.
• Analyse benefits delivery with sponsors.
• Identify trends in MI and provide options to address.
• Perform QA across the portfolio through lessons learned and health checks.
• Log and track change demand with Portfolio Lead and stakeholders.
