Job summary

Fidelity International, a leading global asset management firm, seeks a Senior Analyst for the Multi Asset PSG within London’s Investment Management Operations. The role focuses on supporting portfolio managers, overseeing investment processes, and coordinating complex operational workflows across MA strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience within a Multi Asset Portfolio Management support function or back office operations.
• Familiarity with Irish, Luxemburg and UK domiciled funds.
• Ability to work in a small functional team with Portfolio Managers and Investment Professionals.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure with tight deadlines.
• Numerate with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Hands-on approach and willingness to contribute.
• Ideally IMC or CFA level 1.

Responsibilities

• Cash management and monitoring of cash positions and flows.
• Support Portfolio Managers in implementation and oversight of investment processes.
• Portfolio rebalancing including regular model realignments.
• Execute investment decisions across equities, fixed income, ETFs, funds, FX, derivatives and alternatives.
• Liaise with Operations, Fund Accounting, Tech, Compliance, Risk and Legal teams.
• Assist on product launches and transitions for MA PSG.
• Lead change initiatives like fund launches and mergers.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Ensure globally consistent procedures across MA PSG teams.
• Utilise technology, automation and AI to enhance efficiency and risk control.
