An established industry player is seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst to enhance their project governance and management practices. The Team
The Transformation department at Clyde & Co is on an exciting journey to realise the firm's appetite for greater coordination and strategic focus across our global portfolio of projects and programmes. The department includes Project Delivery and Business Analysis teams, both of which support projects and programmes led by the Transformation department, as well as the Change Management Office (CMO) and Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO), both of which provide services firm-wide. The Senior Portfolio Analyst role sits within the EPMO.
The EPMO is in the process of implementing a firm-wide framework of project and portfolio strategy, governance and MI, in order to enable senior management to make informed decisions regarding project investment and execution. The EPMO will also provide the standards, processes, tooling, and capability framework to enable projects and programmes to be delivered successfully, efficiently, transparently and consistently across the firm.
