What is the role?

As a Senior PV&T Underwriter, you will assess and underwrite risks within the PV&T industry. Your expertise will help develop tailored insurance programs, ensuring clients receive comprehensive coverage suited to their needs.

What will you be doing?

• Evaluate and underwrite political violence and terrorism risks
• Work closely with brokers, clients, and stakeholders to gather information and assess risks
• Analyze market trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers and clients, offering guidance on risk mitigation and insurance solutions
• Contribute to establishing underwriting standards, guidelines, and pricing
• Assist in developing new insurance products or improving existing ones
• Monitor and analyze underwriting portfolio performance

What do you need to apply for this role?

• Over 6 years of experience as an underwriter, focusing on PV&T insurance
• Deep knowledge of Political Violence risks, products, and market trends
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills for complex risk assessment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-oriented and proactive, capable of working independently and in teams
