Are you passionate about shaping policy that makes a real difference for consumers and the energy market? Ofgem is seeking a Senior Policy Lead to drive one of the key workstreams within our ambitious Debt Strategy, which aims to reduce the impact of energy debt on suppliers and consumers.
This is a high-profile role requiring strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to deliver complex policy solutions under pressure. You will lead end-to-end policy development, producing clear, evidence‑based recommendations and drafting concise documents, including board papers and future strategy publications.
Salary: £47,895 (plus £13,875 contribution to the Civil Service Defined Benefit Pension scheme).
