Talan Group is seeking a Senior Policy Advisor to influence hydrogen policy in the UK. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and stakeholders to shape strategies and represent the organization at key industry events. The Role

Hydrogen UK is the largest hydrogen industry trade body operating in the UK and is at the heart of the debate on the role of hydrogen in the energy transition. Hydrogen UK has been instrumental in the development of the strategies and policy frameworks that will enable hydrogen to scale over the next decade.
We are looking to recruit a new Senior Policy Advisor. The role sits within a small, dynamic, and impactful team and reports to the CEO at Hydrogen UK. The successful applicant will be instrumental in working with our Membership, policy makers, and other external stakeholders to shape hydrogen policy by providing objective, evidence-based policy positions that influence how we think about hydrogen in the UK.
Responsibilities
Location: London or Birmingham Office (hybrid working)
Salary Range: Competitive plus bonus and excellent benefits package
Requirements
The role can be based in Birmingham or London. The role usually involves some UK travel with occasional overnight stays.
Upon employment, employees should also have a sound awareness of the Company's Information, Quality, Environmental, and Energy Management Systems.
