What we're looking for:
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our new Sales Team dedicated to providing best in class card acquiring and revenue based financing solutions to our small business customers. You'll be helping customers with selecting the right point of sale (POS) device for their business and (ideally) also understanding their financing requirements to identify the best revenue based finance solution for them (finance based on their card based revenue).
Through effective conversations - you'll be taking the time to understand about the businesses you engage with (how they work, growth plans, challenges, their experience of finance so far) and understanding customers' finance needs and effectively matching them to the best product and plan that meets their need.... giving every customer a 5 Star experience whether successful or not, through our sheer professionalism and mind-blowing standard of customer service.
