Specialist Development:
o Advanced MSK Podiatry - expert assessment/treatment in expanding speciality.
o High-Risk Diabetic Foot Leadership - MDT at Wrexham Maelor.
o Advanced Nail Surgery - independent minor surgical practice.
o Complex Case Management - challenging assessments/treatment planning.
o Mentorship Role - support Band 5's and students.
