Bupa is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to lead a centralised PMO for the Cromwell Transformation Programme in the UK. You will drive governance, planning, and reporting standards across IT and transformation workstreams.
You’ll coordinate backlog planning, demand vs capacity, and executive reporting, partnering with senior stakeholders to enable decisive delivery of healthcare transformation initiatives.

The Senior PMO Manager will lead a centralised Programme Management Office (PMO) function to support the technology and transformation initiatives, improving visibility, consistency, and overall delivery discipline. The role will provide centralised governance, reporting, and dashboarding, strengthening data quality and consistency to enable more mature delivery process. The PMO Manager will take a leading role in coordinating backlog management, project prioritisation, and planning cycles, including preparation for executive prioritisation sessions and supporting structured increment and detailed planning.
