Job summary

RedRock Resourcing is seeking an experienced Lead PMO Analyst to establish and grow a PMO function within a technology-led organisation in Bristol. You will own PMO maturity, governance, reporting and delivery standards across a portfolio of strategic change initiatives.

Working with senior leadership, project managers and delivery teams, you will shape how projects are governed, reported and delivered. The role offers hybrid working in Bristol with a competitive package including a £65,000

Qualifications

Significant PMO, programme or portfolio management experience.
Experience establishing or improving PMO governance and reporting.
Strong stakeholder management with senior leadership.
Knowledge of governance, delivery standards and portfolio reporting.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and continuous improvement of the PMO function.
Develop PMO processes, governance frameworks, standards, templates and delivery tool kits.
Establish consistent project controls, stage gates and governance across the project portfolio.
Produce executive‑level dashboards, portfolio reporting, KPIs and management information.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality and organisational maturity.
