• 2+ years in a senior leadership role
• Strong understanding of OTT streaming, live streaming, VOD, and AdTech
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear business value
• Excellent writing, storytelling and communication skills
• Experience managing analyst relations and representing the company publicly
• Hands-on with AI in marketing workflows and campaign optimization
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, sales, marketing and engineering
• Comfortable in international, fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Define and own product positioning, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and messaging strategies across the portfolio
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new launches, including briefs and success metrics
