Job summary

Bitrise is a continuous integration and delivery platform for mobile developers.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will own the go-to-market strategy and execution for a core area of our Mobile DevOps Platform, partnering with product, marketing, sales and customer success to plan launches, develop positioning and messaging that drives pipeline, and create sales enablement across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product marketing for developer tools.
• Ability to market complex technical products to technical buyers.
• Strong PMM skills: ICP, competitive intel, GTMs, and launches.
• Understanding of mobile app development tools and processes.
• Track record launching features with measurable outcomes.
• Technical credibility: comfortable engaging with engineers.
• Experience with self-serve or PLG motions for developer products.
• Ability to pull insights from product analytics, user interviews, and campaign data.
• Experience running lifecycle marketing campaigns moving users through a self-serve funnel.
• Self-starter who owns initiatives end to end.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM for a focused set of products, from strategy to execution.
• Run cross-sell campaigns into the existing customer base.
• Optimize onboarding to improve activation and conversion from free to paid.
• Run PLG and top-of-funnel experiments to identify growth levers.
• Develop sales enablement that supports the pipeline across channels.
• Support pipeline generation at developer events and conferences.
• Conduct competitive analysis and deliver market insights to drive GTM.
