Job summary

Trayport in London seeks a commercially driven, technically sharp Senior Product Manager to own the flagship trading platform and API that underpin global energy trading. You will bridge trading tech, market data feeds, and client execution workflows to transform algorithmic trading and connectivity challenges into profitable products.

Lead venue connectivity strategy, onboarding new execution venues, manage real-time data integration, and guide API upgrades.

Qualifications

• Senior PM with trading software, algorithmic trading, and execution strategy experience.
• Strong API and platform-architecture knowledge with customer focus.
• Proven ability to build business cases and pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Trayport’s trading platform and API and drive new revenue streams.
• Lead integration of new venues and market data feeds with low latency enhancements.
• Translate complex technical capability into clear client value for API offerings.
• Act as SME on trading workflows and algo execution strategies for clients.
• Write Epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Engage traders, present prototypes, and track metrics to validate product-market fit.
