Job summary

TMX Group in London is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and lead the flagship trading platform and API underpinning global energy trading. You will translate market needs into a cohesive product strategy and roadmap across venues, data feeds, and client workflows.

Collaborating with exchanges, brokers, and engineering, you will drive low-latency connectivity, evolve APIs, and deliver measurable revenue growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Product Manager with hands-on experience in trading software and algo execution.
• Strong API and platform architecture understanding.
• Ability to build business cases and pricing models.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Support, Marketing and Engineering.
• Excellent communication with institutional traders and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the trading platform and API; identify market opportunities and launch new revenue streams.
• Lead integration of new venues and market data feeds; manage protocol changes and low-latency capabilities.
• Translate technical capability into client value; work with clients’ tech teams to shape long-term API strategy.
• Advise on trading workflows and algo execution strategies to give clients competitive advantage while meeting regulations.
• Champion a build-fast, test, iterate approach with clear Epics and acceptance criteria.
• Engage with traders, present prototypes, and track metrics to validate product-market fit.
• Align Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering to accelerate time-to-market and adoption.
