Job summary

Bigblue is seeking a Senior Project Manager for an ambitious office fit-out contractor in Central London. You will lead pre-construction, tender activity and client pitches, with direct exposure to founding directors and a real stake in winning high-value projects.

You will manage multiple opportunities, develop winning bids, and drive delivery from pre-construction through to successful execution on site, shaping growth for a fast-moving business.

Qualifications

• Requirements include strong pre-construction experience in office fit-out
• Proven ability to assemble tender programmes and construction phase plans
• Confident in leading tender interviews, pitches and client presentations
• Ability to manage multiple jobs and opportunities at once
• Strong programming and planning ability
• Proven track record of winning work and talking through examples
• Strong client-facing skills and ambition to compete with Tier 1 contractors

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction and tender activity for office fit-out projects up to £8m
• Create tender programmes, construction phase plans and delivery strategies
• Lead tender interviews, client presentations and project pitches
• Collaborate with founding directors to develop winning bids
• Manage multiple opportunities across different delivery stages
• Build strong client relationships and understand what wins the work
• Take projects from pre-construction through to delivery
