Job summary

Bigblue, a growing commercial office design and build business just south of Bristol, seeks an experienced Project Manager to own projects from pre-construction to handover. You will coordinate clients, design teams, subcontractors, and supply chain on office fit-outs up to £1.5m across the South West, Wales and the M4 corridor.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial office fit-out / Design & Build projects.
• Capable of leading fast-paced projects from inception to handover.
• Strong client-facing skills with commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial office fit-out projects up to £1.5m from pre-construction to handover.
• Own programme, budget, quality and overall delivery.
• Be main client contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate design, pre-construction and delivery teams.
• Manage subcontractors, consultants and supply chain.
• Oversee project financials, cost reporting and forecasting.
• Identify and manage project risks and safety compliance.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and high standards.
