Job summary

The role involves monitoring progress, reporting changes, liaising with clients, contractors and designers, and attending meetings to draft minutes and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Senior Project Manager working with a leading consultancy across largesites in London.
• Projects can include residential, commercial and mixed use.
• Experience with working on projects of £20m++.
• Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection and bench marking.
• Establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
• Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable.
• Monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators.
• Track and document changes.
• Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
• Liaise with the client, contractors and designers.
• Attend meetings and draft minutes, etc.
