Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join our Central London team. You will manage complex residential-led or mixed-use projects, coordinating with clients, designers and contractors to ensure delivery at enabling stages and beyond.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management and a readiness to travel across London, Home Counties and the South East. Flexible working and home working options are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Cognate qualification (construction, real estate, planning, engineering).
• Full time role with flexible working opportunities and home working.
• Ability to travel London/Home Counties/South East.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, presentation, written).
• Self-motivator with problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders including clients and contractors.
• CDM/site health and safety knowledge.
• Engineering qualification and/or background (civil/structural/mechanical/electrical).

Responsibilities

• Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking.
• Leading on residential-led or mixed-use projects, at the enabling stage.
• Establishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project.
• Monitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicators.
• Tracking and documenting changes.
• Preparing written project communication materials and reports.
• Liaising with the client, contractors and designers.
• Attending meetings and drafting minutes, etc.
