Just Eat Takeaway.com is seeking a Senior Group PM for the Discovery Experience to lead a team of product managers across a broad remit including AI-powered personalization, experimentation and strategic product development. You will balance customer needs with restaurant and commercial goals, shaping the experience that millions see across the platform.

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, drive testing rigor, and partner with data science and engineering to deliver impactful

Qualifications

Product craft demonstrated by owning and shipping impactful products.
Rigorous experimentation with A/B tests and data-backed decisions.
Experience with AI or recommendation/ranking models a plus.

Responsibilities

Own the Discovery Experience product strategy from ideation to execution.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle including prioritisation, delivery and iteration.
Set testing standards and embed experimentation in decision making.
Shape personalization and AI-powered features to improve homepage relevance.
Lead a PM team, coaching growth and ensuring high performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, data science and design.
Influence stakeholders to align on priorities and outcome-driven delivery.
