Google Cloud is seeking a product leader to define the evaluation strategy for AI Agents, piloting new benchmarks and tools to ensure safe, reliable, and scalable performance across diverse domains. You will own the product goals for Eval Quality and work across Gemini, AI2, and partner teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years in a product management, engineering, and technology strategy role.
• 5 years taking technical products from conception to launch.

Responsabilités

• Develop first-principles understanding of what makes an evaluation task useful.
• Synthesize insights into a holistic product goal and roadmap for Eval Quality.
• Operate across Product Area boundaries between Gemini, AI2, and partner areas.
• Grow in Gemini's dynamic, fast-moving environment with PMs contributing to day-to-day execution.
