Job summary

SEA Group is seeking a Principal PLM Engineer to drive the strategic direction, architecture and governance of our PLM environment. You will lead PLM initiatives across Barnstaple, Bristol or Beckington with flexible working options while shaping the future PLM roadmap.

The role demands deep PLM experience, strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on design, implementation and optimization across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with enterprise PLM platforms and engineering data management solutions.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle processes, configuration management, engineering change control, and product data governance.
• Experience designing, implementing, and supporting PLM solutions in manufacturing, engineering, or product development environments.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic direction, architecture, governance and continuous improvement of PLM capabilities.
• Lead PLM rollout and provide SME administration for the system.
• Develop business reports from within the PLM system and advise on future PLM roadmap.
