As we continue to drive innovation and excellence in healthcare, GSK is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our data-driven initiatives. This critical position will support and enhance various data products and platforms across the enterprise, ensuring that our U.S. Commercial organization has the robust, high-quality data necessary to power analytics and optimize business processes. The Senior Platform Product Manager will be instrumental in collecting and communicating business requirements, partnering with analytics stakeholders, and managing large workstreams to deliver impactful results. By optimizing current processes and pursuing innovative projects, this role will be a cornerstone in GSK's ongoing commitment to leveraging data for superior healthcare outcomes. Responsibilities:
Support different data products and platforms across the enterprise
Support internal or external teams to design, build, and manage foundational data products to enable analytics and business processes for the U.S. Commercial organization
Collect business requirements for data products, data environments, and ingestion and transformation; clearly communicate those requirements to Data Architecture, Data Engineering, and Data Ingestion teams to execute
Ensure stakeholders understand the data necessary for analytics and operations activities (maintain data catalog, conduct communication/training as needed)
Partner with analytics stakeholders to design and execute critical analytics initiatives (ensure data understanding, data availability, and appropriate data design and transformations; establish evaluations and ongoing processes to ensure high degree of data quality; evaluate processes and controls related to compliance and privacy for proposed data uses)
Manage large workstreams to ensure timely execution of high-quality deliverables; escalate roadblocks and risks early and effectively
Optimize current processes, implement data warehouse improvements and pursue innovative projects
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience managing data, and architecture of data products
5+ years’ experience with Data engineering and data modeling
Experience leading internal or external teams on data and analytics projects
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of compliance requirements for working with data in a regulated industry
Experience working with pharmaceutical or healthcare data (Rx, Claims, Electronic Health Records, Specialty Pharmacies, CRM)
Product ownership experience or certifications
Experience working within Software Development Lifecycle processes
Experience with Agile methodologies for technical product development and program/project management
Cloud certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Strong hands-on technical skills (advanced SQL, Databricks, Python)
Familiarity with business intelligence and visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
