Job summary
Alpaca is building infrastructure for programmable finance at global scale. In this role you own the product definition and platform maturity strategy for Platform & Infrastructure, managing intake, backlog, and multi-quarter roadmaps in partnership with the VP of Engineering.
You will ensure 24/5 deployability, cost attribution, and CI/CD improvements, enabling engineers to ship, observe, and scale services with minimal friction across markets.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in TPM or equivalent owning infrastructure, platform or developer experience.
- Owned multi-team backlog, intake, and roadmap with recurring planning cadence.
- Technically fluent with compute infra, deployment pipelines, data stores, networking, and cost drivers.
Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure as a product and evolve a platform maturity model.
- Define roadmap and intake for central platform & infrastructure work.
- Coordinate maintenance windows and enable 24/7 deployability across markets.
- Work with Finance on attribution, chargeback, and efficiency metrics.
- Drive CI/CD and developer-platform adoption with relevant teams.
- Make infrastructure portable for global scale and regional deployments.
