Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to lead the delivery of secure platforms on-premise and in hybrid environments. You will own engineering delivery for multiple work packages, develop architectures, and mentor platform engineers and technicians.

The role focuses on securing platforms for defence and government services, with opportunities to collaborate across stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in engineering standards. A blended hybrid work model is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and supporting complex platforms.
• Ability to lead engineering delivery and mentoring.
• Security controls and accreditation knowledge for defence environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and support of secure on-premise and hybrid platforms.
• Own engineering delivery for work packages including planning and reporting.
• Develop architectures, designs, and technical documentation.
