Job description

Our Financial Services Client is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to support Digital Services Platform for the development, deployment, and support of a new, cutting-edge digital banking platform.

This is a permanent role with remote options. Vancouver, BC is preferred, but open to candidates from BC, Ontario, and Alberta.

Must Have:
  • 8+ years of experience in full stack platform development, integration with a focus on digital banking platforms
  • Proficiency in mobile and web technologies, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern software development frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with vendor-based platforms and third-party system integrations.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance requirements, and performance optimization for digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional digital experiences.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in the financial services or credit union industry.
