Job summary

Dex is partnering with a cutting-edge platform team building an Agentic Operating System for enterprise use. You will contribute to a production-grade TypeScript codebase, advancing an AWS serverless stack and shared tooling that scales to 45+ engineers.

You will design dashboards and SLOs, own observability, and help evolve the infra for multi-region availability while optimizing developer experience and internal tooling across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Production TypeScript experience in a cloud-native SaaS environment (50–500 engineers).
• Deep AWS serverless experience (Lambda, DynamoDB, Aurora, EventBridge, IAM, networking).
• Refactored real IaC codebases and built reusable CI/CD workflows, deploy gates, and preview environments.
• Built observability systems with dashboards, SLOs, and alerting that teams rely on.

Responsibilities

• Evolve AWS serverless architecture to support 10x growth, multi-region HA, and data residency.
• Own and extend GitHub Actions pipelines and Pulumi infrastructure-as-code for scalable deployments.
