Job summary

V7 is seeking a Platform Engineer to own infrastructure as code across multi-cloud AI workloads, focusing on reliability and cost across AWS, GCP and Azure.

You will drive CI/CD improvements, observability, and run the platform behind AI workloads with Bedrock and Vertex AI, while engaging with enterprise customers and compliance needs.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring clear communication and independent problem solving in a fast-paced AI platform environment.

Qualifications

• Solid AWS production experience.
• Hands-on GCP experience.
• Deep Terraform, observability, and CI/CD expertise.

Job description

A Platform Engineer role at V7 to own infrastructure as code, CI/CD, observability, and reliability for multi-cloud AI workloads across AWS, GCP, and Azure, while supporting enterprise customers and compliance initiatives.

Owning infrastructure as code in Terraform, alerting, observability (Prometheus, Grafana) and reliability, including load testing and disaster recovery exercises. Making CI/CD faster (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) and improving developer experience. Running the platform behind AI workloads across Bedrock, Vertex AI and Azure with a focus on reliability and cost. Attending calls with enterprise customers and the commercial team to troubleshoot infrastructure and security questions, performing compliance work, and participating in the on-call rotation.

Requirements

Strong AWS in production, ideally multi-region. Hands-on experience with GCP. Deep experience with Terraform, observability, and CI/CD. Solid Python skills. A clear communicator comfortable explaining technical topics to customers. Independent and comfortable with ambiguity.
