Job summary

V7 is hiring a Platform Engineer in the UK to own infrastructure as code and maintain reliable, auditable AI platforms for enterprise teams. You will manage cloud workloads across AWS, GCP, and Azure, ensuring cost efficiency and strong security posture.

You’ll collaborate with the commercial team, support customers, and participate in on-call rotations while shaping how AI workflows are executed in production.

Qualifications

• Strong AWS in production, ideally multi-region.
• Hands-on with GCP, with Azure a bonus.
• Terraform, observability and CI/CD proficiency.
• Python scripting; Elixir a bonus; keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure as code in Terraform, plus alerting and observability.
• Improve CI/CD efficiency with GitHub Actions and ArgoCD.
• Manage platform for AI workloads across Bedrock, Vertex AI and Azure.
• Engage with enterprise customers and the commercial team to troubleshoot infrastructure and security questions.
