8th Light is seeking a senior technologist to lead platform engineering and AI-enabled solutions for high-impact client engagements in the UK. You will shape technical roadmaps, mentor teams, and drive architecture decisions across multi-client programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of complex software consulting experience.
• Proven track record leading platform engineering and architecture for client projects.
• Experience delivering AI/agentic systems from prototype to production.
