Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development
• Led high-stakes consulting engagements from discovery to production
• Written production-quality code across multiple languages and frameworks
• Experience integrating AI/ML features into products or systems
• Mentored colleagues and led workshops
• Managed high-level project roadmaps and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Make immediate contributions to projects and build client trust
• Balance technology choices with timely delivery of high-quality work
• Lead architecture and software design discussions
• Oversee ML lifecycle from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring
• Drive retrospectives and document outcomes for action items
• Maintain healthy, prioritized team backlogs and roadmaps
• Mentor team members and participate in hiring processes
