Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering or architecture leadership.
• Strong Progress OpenEdge (ABL/OpenEdge) expertise.
• Extensive Java enterprise development with Spring Boot, REST, microservices, Hibernate/JPA.
• Experience designing large-scale on-premise platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term architecture, roadmap, and technology strategy for the platform.
• Provide technical leadership and governance across multiple engineering teams and applications.
• Drive engineering excellence through standardization, reusable components, best practices, and operational improvements.
• Lead the design and evolution of secure, scalable, resilient, and maintainable platform solutions.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between engineering teams and key stakeholders, including Architecture and Information Security.
• Drive platform modernization, stability, performance, and operational maturity initiatives.
• Guide complex technical decision-making and mentor senior engineers, technical leads, and architects.
