A leading planning organization is seeking a Senior Planning Officer to join their innovative team. The role involves overseeing planning policy matters, managing consultants, and engaging in strategic projects to enhance local community development. Senior Planning Officer (Policy) – Permanent
Salary Grade 8- £37,938 to £41,511 per annum (pay award pending)
Full Time, 37 hours per week

We are looking for an organised individual to progress a range of planning policy matters including major and strategic sites, key policy areas like housing and employment, while managing external consultants and providing planning advice on a range of development proposals.
You’ll be joining us at a busy time, we have a number of strategic regeneration sites to progress in the district as well as projects in our town centres, several national significant infrastructure projects to consider, a call for site to progress, a district design code to launch and a government funded digital platform underway.
