Stafford Borough & Cannock Chase District Councils are seeking a Senior Planning Officer (DDM133).

Salary: Band H £37,745 - £41,731 per annum (SCP 24 - 28), including a 10% market supplement, plus a National Essential Car User Allowance of £963 per annum.

Working hours: 37 hours per week, hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office. Part-time applications considered.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse major projects impacting the community positively. Stafford, the largest district in Staffordshire, faces urban and rural planning challenges and is experiencing significant growth due to new housing developments and major projects funded by Levelling Up and Future High Streets initiatives.
