As a Senior Planning Officer, you will contribute directly to economic growth, housing delivery, and regeneration schemes. Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of planning services. You will work closely with the Principal Planning Officer and Development Management Lead to deliver quality outcomes and foster a positive, collaborative approach across the Planning team.
This is a career-graded role with opportunities to progress from Planning Officer to Senior Planning Officer. Applicants interested in all levels of the role are encouraged to apply.

This position is a shared role within the South and East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (SELCP) and is part of the S113 agreement between participating Councils, in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement dated 1st October 2021.

Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council, and South Holland District Council have formed the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership, the largest Council Partnership in the country. Since October 2021, the Partnership Councils have been working closely to improve services for communities in the sub-region, with many positive outcomes already achieved.
Over time, services are expected to become formally shared across the three Councils, creating opportunities for colleagues to engage in new and innovative areas of work.
