Blue Diamond Recruitment is working exclusively with a growing house builder to appoint a Senior Planner / Planning Manager. This role requires taking ownership of planning applications from submission through to determination, helping secure positive outcomes across a portfolio of residential developments.

You will manage the planning process, coordinate consultants, and liaise with Land and Technical teams to advance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a planning role, ideally within a residential developer or house builder; consultancy also considered.
• RTPI accreditation is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Managing residential planning applications from submission through to determination and securing planning permission.
• Taking ownership of the planning process, coordinating relevant parties and driving applications toward successful conclusions.
• Working closely with the Land team to support new development opportunities and coordinate planning considerations early.
