Job summary

Cedar is recruiting a Planning Manager (M&E/Major Infrastructure & HS2) to lead planning on high-value UK infrastructure programmes in London. You will develop robust, costed, resource-loaded programmes, monitor progress, and support commercial teams across multiple live projects.

With 10+ years in major infrastructure planning and strong Primavera P6 skills, you will manage EOT submissions, delay analysis and EVA reporting, while working closely with project managers and clients in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ planning experience within major infrastructure
• Experience for an M&E contractor on large-scale projects
• Strong Primavera P6 experience with cost and resource-loaded programmes
• Good understanding of NEC contracts and EOT submissions

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cost and resource-loaded programmes
• Produce programme updates and progress reports
• Carry out delay analysis and EOT assessments
• Support tender submissions and project planning
• Produce EVA, SPI and CPI reporting
• Conduct site visits and programme reviews
• Support commercial teams with project risks and opportunities
