Job summary

Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent.
• Experience as Planner/Planning Manager on multi-disciplinary civil projects.
• Rail CP frameworks and possession planning experience.
• Strong NEC contract knowledge and change control.
• Ability to build logic-driven programmes and baselining.

Responsibilities

• Lead programme development from tender to delivery.

• Ensure accurate progress reporting and change management under NEC.
