A leading construction and consultancy firm is seeking a client-side planning lead for a significant infrastructure project in Immingham. The ideal candidate has onsite infrastructure experience and knowledge of construction delivery. The Project: A technically challenging nationally significant infrastructure project (NSIP) comprising of both landside development and marine Ro-Ro jetty is moving into delivery. We are looking for a client-side planning lead with a strong construction delivery background. The project is in Immingham and there will be a requirement to spend time on site weekly.

Please Note - This role will require BPSS Security clearance and 2-3 days travel per month on site in Immingham.

You’ll need to have:

• Onsite infrastructure construction delivery experience.
• Working knowledge of Oracle P6.
• Working knowledge of XER Toolkit.
• Experience using Last Planner techniques.

You’ll also have:

• Membership of APM, RICS, CIOB, ICE, AACE, IRM, IEMA or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Extensive experience in the successful planning of projects and programmes.
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
