G2 Legal Limited is representing a top-tier international law firm seeking a Planning Associate with 3+ PQE to join a highly regarded national Planning team. The role can be based in Manchester, Sheffield or Liverpool, offering exposure to major development, energy and infrastructure projects.

The Planning team is Band 1 Legal 500 and collaborates across Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure, and Construction. Flexible hybrid working and a strong regional platform are emphasised.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in planning practice across development, energy, and infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work in a national team with cross-office collaboration.
• Commercial mindset and client relationship development would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work on Development Consent Orders (DCOs), CPOs, and major planning applications.
• Contribute to energy and infrastructure projects and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Energy & Infrastructure, and other teams on multi-disciplinary matters.
